State Employees,

I hope that if you get paid with vouchers that you file a lawsuit for interest, penalties and late fees.

I hope you send a copy of your voucher to every organization you owe money to and include and IOU. Also with a note that any late fees should be submitted to the State of Illinois Comptroller, Daniel W. Hynes at 201 Capitol, Springfield, IL 62706-0001 or they can call (217) 782-6000 or (312) 814-2451

Also you may want to send a copy of the voucher to your State Representative and Senator with a not that say “I Can Vote.”
